Reflection about CYBERCRIME LAW

            Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 or the Republic Act # 10175
The law defines and punishes certain acts, generally classified as offenses against the confidentiality,integrity
 and availability of computer data and systems, computer related offenses and content related offenses.
            This LAW tries to safeguard us of our privacy. Wiretapping is an offense that the law provides and this can be traced and punished. This also safeguard us from alteration or deletion of data without right resulting in inauthentic data.
           Cybersex and child pornography are offenses committed through computer system. There are persons who engage in such crime because of financial difficulties or victims of human trafficking.
           To my own perception this law protects us from persons who wants to destroy our reputation,privacy and innocent persons used in child pornography. In doing so, crimonals will have a second thought because the law will run after them.
